Effortless Zoom Integration with CRMOne

Steps for Connect

1. Do login into CrmOne.
2. Locate and click on your profile icon or your name at the top right corner of the dashboard. From the dropdown menu, select “Business setting“
3. Click on the “Integration” tab. Look for the option to connect Zoom in marketplace.
4. Click on the “Install” button.
5. Choose the account and complete the authentication steps to seamlessly link your Zoom account with our CrmOne.

Usage

a) Access the Meetings Option:

1. Navigate to the Sales tab and select the option for meetings.
2. Go to Calendar Settings.
3. Click the “Add Calendar” button.
4. Choose the meeting type and fill in the required information.
5. Establish a calendar and designate Zoom as the meeting location.

b) Appointment type setup

1. In Calendar Settings, switch to the Appointment Type Setup tab.
2. Click the “Add Appointment Type” button.
3. Enter the title and click “Save”.

c) Add and Share Appointment Links:

1. Navigate to Calendar.
2. Click on the “Add Appointment” button.
3. Fill in the required information to create the appointment.
4. Share the appointment link with your customers.
5. Customers can use the link to easily book appointments, which will be reflected in the calendar.

d) Check Appointment Status and Manage Appointments

1. Navigate to the “Appointment” section.
2. In the Appointments section, you can see the status of all your scheduled appointments.
3. To add a new appointment, click on the “Add” button. Fill in the required details and save the appointment.
4. To export your appointments, click on the “Export Appointments” button.

Zoom Meeting  Summary

1) Integrate with OpenAI:

• Log in to your CrmOne account and click on your profile icon located at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
• From the dropdown menu, select “Business Settings.”
• Navigate to the “Integration” tab. Look for the OpenAI integration option in the marketplace.
• Click the “Install” button.
• A dialog box will appear. Name your API key and add the corresponding API key from the OpenAI app.
• Confirm the installation.

2) Generate Zoom Meeting Link:

• To generate a Zoom meeting link and add it to your calendar, follow the steps mentioned above.
• Once the meeting is created, you can join it using the generated meeting link.

3) Start Cloud Recording:

• After joining the Zoom meeting, click on the “Record” button from the bottom bar.
• Select the option “Record on the Cloud.”
• Before ending the meeting, click on the “Stop Recording” button, also located in the bottom bar.
• When prompted for permission, click “Yes.”
• After stopping the recording, click “End” to close the meeting.

4) Check the Summary:

• Once the meeting is completed, go to app.crmone.com.
• Navigate to the “Sales” tab and select “Meetings.”
• In the “Appointments” section, click on a specific contact to open the contact drawer.
• Switch to the “Conversations” tab to view the meeting transcript, key points, and summary.

This process ensures seamless integration with OpenAI, Zoom link generation, cloud recording, and post-meeting summaries for improved workflow management.
