Seamless MailChimp Integration with CRMOne

To connect your MailChimp account

1. Once logged in, locate and click on your profile icon or your name at the top right corner of the dashboard.
2. From the dropdown menu, select “ Business setting “. Then select integration option.
3. After navigating to integration “marketplace” . Use the search bar to locate and select the MailChimp integration.
4. For installation procedure click on install button,review the access requested for your account, and click Allow. After installing the integration, you will be redirected to your mailchimp settings.
5. After completing the installation process you will find one dialog opened , from this select the  mailchimp audience which you want to connect.
6. You will find two option sync later and connect button.
7. Click on connect button to connect your audience. After connecting with account you will navigated to dashboard , from it you can see the contact which you have connected.

In the top right corner of the Mailchimp dashboard, click on the “Action” button. A menu will appear. The menu will contain below options.

Connect another account

1. If you have another mailchimp account then you can connect to that account by clicking on connect another audience button. Complete authentication process.
2. After completing authentication , one pop-up will open for selecting mailchimp audience of that account. Choose audience and which will sync related audience contact .

Connect another audience

1. If you have another mailchimp audience which you want to connect then you can connect to that audience by clicking on connect another audience button. Complete authentication process.
2. One pop-up will open for selecting mailchimp audience of that account. Choose audience and which will sync related audience contact .

Delete Account

1. If you want to delete selected accoun then you can delete by clicking on delete account button.

Other Actions

See imported contact detail

1. to see contact of your audience click on the number of contact you will see the all details related to contact in table

Sync on/off  [Change sync status]

1. From clicking on change sync status button from Action column  from table, you can able to  change the status of contact sync.
2. Initially, your sync contact will be on, If sync status is on it means If you add any contact in mailchimp , It will update it simultaneously.
3. If sync status is off, it means if you add any contact in mailchimp, it will not update or  sync that contact with here.

 Delete audience.

1. In the Action column, click the button.
2. A menu will appear; click on “Delete Audience.”
3. You will be able to delete or disconnect the audience by clicking here.

Uninstall Mailchimp

1. To uninstall mailchimp click on uninstall option which is given in top right corner  of mailchimp dashboard. By clicking here you can able to disconnect this account.
2. The second option for uninstalling a Mailchimp account is to click on the “Configure” button on the Mailchimp card. You will navigate to “Installed Apps.” Click on “Action” button, where you will find the option to uninstall.
